The HPC board of directors and staff are continuing to monitor the impact of Covid-19 in our area and we are taking necessary steps to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our animals, volunteers, staff and visiting public. We are committed to and active and precautionary approach to help stop the spread of Covid-19( as well as other illnesses) at our shelter, while maintaining our ability to adopt pets and have pets reclaimed by their owners.
Please help us keep everyone healthy by following these simple steps:

• Staff and visitors it is advised upon entering and leaving our shelter please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands. If you blow you nose, cough, sneeze or touch your mouth we ask that you use sanitizer or wash your hands. We have hand sanitizer located throughout the shelter available for use.
• If you have traveled out of area and are supposed to be on self- quarantine please stay home for the appropriate time allotted.
