We have matchmaker forms available for your family to fill out to tell us about the pet you would like to have. Or stop in for a visit and we have forms available on site. We would be happy to contact you when we have a pet available that you have an interest in. ***Please note that this is not an application. We do all adoptions through adoption counseling with personal meet and greet.*** Heartland Pet Connection would be happy to be help find your next forever friend! |
